These terms cover the Wright Film Co. production platform at app.wrightfilmco.com: the internal dashboard our team uses and the crew portal where working crew view call sheets, day schedules, runs, documents, and submit receipts for active productions.

Access is limited to Wright Film Co. staff and crew, talent, and partners working on an active production with us. Your sign-in, whether a Google account or a verified phone number, is personal to you. Don't share access, and don't let anyone else sign in as you.

By providing your phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code on your mobile device each time you sign in to the crew portal. Message frequency varies with how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply.

For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message, or contact your production contact at Wright Film Co. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. Note that opting out means you won't be able to sign in to the crew portal by phone until you opt back in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Call sheets, schedules, locations, contact details, and everything else in the portal is shared with you to do your job on the production. Don't redistribute it, post it publicly, or share it with people outside the production.

We work hard to keep the platform accurate and available, but it's provided as-is: shoot details can change after a call sheet goes out, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Always confirm critical details with your production contact. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
