What we collect
When you work on a Wright Film Co. production, our production team keeps a contact card for you: your name, role, phone number, email, and job-related details like rates and dietary notes. When you use the crew portal, we also record sign-in events (including phone verification), your consent to receive text messages, and portal activity such as checking off run stops or submitting receipts. Receipts you upload include the photo and the details you enter with it.
How we use it
To run the production: building call sheets and schedules, coordinating your call times, verifying it's really you signing in, processing production expenses, and keeping records the production needs. Sign-in and consent records are kept as an audit trail.
Who it's shared with
Within the production team that needs it to do their jobs, and with the service providers that help us run the platform, such as message delivery, document storage, database, and hosting services, which handle it only to provide those services for us. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Some of your details appear where productions need them. For example, your name, role, and phone number on a call sheet distributed to the crew. Phone visibility on the portal can be limited by production.
How long we keep it
Contact cards and production records are kept as part of our business records across productions. Sign-in, consent, and security logs are retained for audit purposes and pruned on a schedule.
